All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless stated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

• You can return the products in your order within 14 days following the day they arrive, provided that they are unused and the packaging is undamaged.

• "Right of Withdrawal Without Reason" is 14 days.

• You must send us the relevant product together with its package, with payment made in full. • - Why is the returned product not accepted by our company?
• If the product you returned has been used, if the legal return period has exceeded 14 days, if it has not been sent to our company in accordance with the return conditions, if it has been sent crumpled or carelessly, your product will not be processed and will be sent back to you.

If orders created within the scope of free shipping for international orders are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the €150/$170 requirement, the shipping fee is deducted from the price of the product to be returned.


• -How can I return the product I purchased with the installment payment option?
• The entire amount of the product you purchased with the installment payment option will be refunded to your credit card. The refund of your return will be reflected on your card in installments by your bank.
• - How many times can I use my right to exchange for free?

You can use your right of exchange and return with free shipping only once. For additional exchange requests other than once, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
